to comb out the baking and curing process in DTF (Direct to Film) printing in detail, the following is a step-by-step description:

1. Prepare

Design Patterns: Create and adjust patterns using design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.

Print pattern: Use A DTF printer to print the designed pattern onto the transfer film (A film).

2. Apply adhesive layer

Gluing: Apply a layer of hot melt adhesive (B film) to the printed pattern to ensure that the glue layer evenly covers the entire pattern.

Drying: Let the transfer film coated with adhesive layer dry naturally for a period of time, or use low temperature drying equipment to speed up the drying process.

3. Bake and cure

Preheat oven : Preheat the DTF oven to the appropriate temperature, generally between 120°C and 160°C, adjusting the temperature according to different hot melt adhesive types and print materials.

In the oven : Put the transfer film coated with adhesive layer into the oven smoothly to ensure even air circulation in the oven.

Baking time: Set the appropriate baking time, generally 2-5 minutes, the specific time is adjusted according to the thickness of the glue layer and the material used.

Observation process: During the baking process, observe the change of the rubber layer to ensure uniform curing.

4. Cool down

Remove and cool: After baking, remove the transfer film and place it in a flat, dry place to cool naturally.

Check the quality: Check the curing effect of the adhesive layer to ensure that there are no bubbles, wrinkles and other defects.

5. Transfer to textiles
