Design and prepare images:

Create or edit high resolution images using design software.

Print image:

The image image is printed on a transparent film dedicated to DTF, using DTF ink.

Dust:

Sprinkle hot melt powder over the wet ink to cover it evenly.

Drying powder:

Place the film in a dryer or use a hot press to dry it so that the hot melt powder combines with the ink.

Prepare the fabric:

Smooth the fabric and prepress for a few seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

Transfer image:

The film is placed on the fabric and transferred with a hot press, usually at 160-170°C, for 15-20 seconds.

Cooling and stripping film:

Allow the fabric to cool for a few seconds and slowly peel off the film.
